Wisdom of love

Wisdom of love.
To the departed who we knew, who were close to you and me, who were our friends and lovers.The ones in love, who had the wisdom of love. What we did not ask or say, what we did not learn from them. So now the wisdom is lost, so is their reasoning. What we did not learn about love from them.
Now,  all we are left behind are, more questions. The man knows sin as he was born of sin, but the love he must learn all by himself. For the lessons never taught, the wisdom never understood, we are all lost. Must we make all the mistakes of our past all over again, only to have new memories of our failures and triumphs in love?

My Earthy Shadow.

  My Earthy Shadow. I cast the longest shadow of myself against the setting sun on a bed of green grass, surrounded by flowers, and thorns, but there is no shelter for the homeless man. Well, this is the south far away from the freezing north, and I am happy to have mud on the torn soles of my shoes and I thank kind strangers for their alms.
